If you are a switcher from Windows like me, you are probably used to right-clicking to call up a context menu.
The Mac also has right-clicking, or secondary clicking, as its called on the Mac. Just press on Ctrl while clicking on the trackpad button to invoke it.
Better yet, you can just turn on " Place two fingers on trackpad and click button for secondary click". Apple silently slipped in the feature when it released OS X 10.4.7 thru Software Update last June but its turned off by default.
