Will I notice much speed difference between the 5400RPM and the 7200RPM?

Don't think it would matter that much... unless you're running a big database, you shouldn't be able to tell the difference. If anything, you should spend your money on maxing out your memory. Running with 2gigs and its smooth as buttteeerrr

if you are doing anything with GarageBand or a similar app, you will appreciate the 7200RPM HDD. Other than that, you won't notice a huge difference.
