Sadly none of the above =(

I don't have enought money for even the OS and I would 100% prefer not to install the OS X goodness on a crappy windows PC and/or get a pirated version

You should definitely check out the Amazon worksheets (Amazon Rebate Redux: Save up to $620!!!). The Mini Solo is surprisingly good!
My friend got em and he can't stop talking about how good the specs are.

Also, some folks have even cracked open their Minis to upgrade the Intel chip since they're socketed and not soldered onto the motherboard, so there's definitely an upgrade path.

Yeah, I have been thinking of the Mac Mini (Core Duo rather than Solo) just to get away from Windows quicker, but I'm not sure how gaming would be especially with Half Life 2 and Battlefield 2 since it has an integrated GPU =(

I've been on pc since Windows 3.11. Back then, you still had to go through DOS. But my luck is gonna change. My sister is gonna buy me a macbook. I am still reluctant if I can adapt on mac. Any tips for smooth transition?

Listen to your sister. She is your tech support. Just surf for a day or two and see what questions pop up doing something you know. Play with your Dock and system preferences and do anything you wish. After you have played with everything in your system preferences, move across the Dock, I prefer the bottom of the screen for it, and open each of your iLife applications one at a time and play. Try iTunes first. By now you will have discovered that after digging in WinDoze for answers the Mac is a no brainer that is user freindly.

Okay one more thing...... if it was on the left side of your PeeCee it will be on the right side of your Mac. Macs have trash cans, not recycle bins. Macs have a Butterfly key. Ask your sister what that is.
That is an old school term. If she doesn't know, say butterfly C is copy on a Mac.

haha you're so evil Bernie!

Anyway, I found this article on switching to Mac OS X I read it and it all seems pretty true.

Also once you get your beautiful MacBook check out this thread (Must Have Software) for some programs you may want to use. Tons of great programs for you new MacBook!

Anyway, good luck on switching!

P.S. If you are thinking of getting a Windows Vista PC then be prepared to have 1 gig of ram set aside just for the OS!!!! I had 1024MB of ram used while running the OS, Windows Live! Messenger, and Firefox.

I heard that there is a Mac app which can make you run windows while on OS X; I also heard that Macs are less vulnerable to virus, spyware, etc. This may sound dumb but here it goes. Will my mac be vulnerable to virus, etc when running on windows?

The Mac app to run Windows while running OS X is called Parallels I would recommend having at least 1.5 Gigs of RAM while using Parallels.

And having Windows on your Mac PC will make it vulnerable, the Mac OS side will be fine (I think) but the Windows side won't be. So be sure to run an Anti-Virus on the Windows side.
