I have tracked my problem

The problem is in the XP setting of tcpip

on mac I use static ip
on Xp a dinamic ip was assigned by the system

I changed the tcpip setting in XP to a static ip and now all work fine.
also my old personal laserwriter 4/600 connected by ethertalk
