The Mac app to run Windows while running OS X is called Parallels I would recommend having at least 1.5 Gigs of RAM while using Parallels.

And having Windows on your Mac PC will make it vulnerable, the Mac OS side will be fine (I think) but the Windows side won't be. So be sure to run an Anti-Virus on the Windows side.
